- Abstract
- This study will give the guidelines and the strategies for the development, implementation and founding through the international funding system of a system for integrated environmental management of the Romanian coastlines of the Black Sea in accordance with the EC New Water Framework Directive. The overall objective of this study is to build capacity in Romania (local and scientific institutions).
